Our Well-Hab Programs are designed to provide participants with awareness and education in a variety of health and wellness interests. This Program is an education session for executives and corporate management covering Health and Productivity Issues in the corporate workplace. Learn about health-related issues, the conditions derived from these issues, how risk factors may be modified and warning signs.Away from the distractions and stresses of the 'home' environment, health and wellness messages are delivered in an environment of nature, knowledge, and nurture. GreeneStone works with consultants and various health and wellness alliances to custom-design, develop, and deliver 'wellness knowledge' Programs through 3 day-long workshops, weekend, and longer-term retreats.

Lodge at GreeneStone offers healthy and nourishing cuisine and includes fresh Canadian seasonally local and organic products from our own gardens. Chef Derek Walton prepares a menu in an upscale multicultural fashion that uses products that are caught or harvested in a sustainable and ethical manner. Chef Walton is pleased to accommodate all dietary concerns.
Tranquility Spa is an intimate and peaceful retreat at GreeneStone. Our talented practitioners offer holistic spa services delivered in a newly renovated spa facility overlooking Sunset Bay on Lake Muskoka. GreeneStone offers many recreational amenities. Our indoor fitness facility houses an indoor saline pool and dry sauna, cardio and weight rooms.
